The daughter of Henry Bryant and Sarah Wright. She married George Scott in 1828. The 1841 and 1851 English Census shows her living in Thelnetham and Redgrave. It was while in the Redgrave Common she and her husband decided to emigrate to South Australia arriving on the vessel Caucasian with their five children in 1852.
